Notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act 107 of 1998), and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 (as amended), that the Environmental Authorisation (Reference: 16/3/3/1/A4/43/3013/23) for the above project was granted and issued by the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning on 08 August 2023.

Should you wish to lodge an appeal in terms of the National Appeal Regulations, 2014 (as amended), please follow the processes outlined in the Notification Letter above.

- Appeals to be submitted on or before 5 September 2023.
