Notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act 107 of 1998), and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 (as amended), that the Amendment of the Environmental Authorisation for the approved development of the Asanda Village Wetland Park was granted and issued by the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning on 03 July 2023.

Please see below a full copy of the Environmental Authorisation and the Notification Letter sent to all Registered Interested and Affected Parties (I&APs):

Should you wish to lodge an appeal in terms of the National Appeal Regulations, 2014 (as amended), please follow the processes outlined in the Notification Letter above.

• Appeals to be submitted on or before 24 July 2023.
